Share Offering and Use of IPO Proceeds

MERI is offering 235,132,500 shares (22.72% of the issued and paid-up capital after the IPO) at a price of Rp.128,- per share, raising a total of Rp30,096,960,000 from the public offering.

The proceeds from the IPO will be used in a measured and strategic manner to:

• 65% to expand the Merry Riana Learning Centre network through partnership and lease models
• 35% to strengthen Merry Riana’s event programs, such as Life Camp, Leadership Camp, and Billionaire Camp

This includes recruitment, training, marketing, and strengthening digital infrastructure.

With an asset-light approach based on partnerships and leases, this strategy enables rapid expansion without excessive financial burden — ensuring that the growth of PT Merry Riana Edukasi Tbk is both quality-driven and sustainable.
