Merry Riana and 3 World Legends, SBY, John C Maxwell, Mochtar Riady Answer the Challenges of Indonesian Leadership

The momentum of hope has strengthened since the 2025 Capacity Catalyst Summit (CCS) was held last November. This international leadership forum is not just an event, but the beginning of a big movement to produce millions of transformational leaders towards a Golden Indonesia 2045.

On this historic stage, inspirational figures across generations and countries were present to share experiences, strategies and real inspiration about leadership, starting from the Founder of PT Merry Riana Edukasi Tbk, Merry Riana to three legendary figures such as the 6th President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Founder of Lippo Group Dr. Mochtar Riady, and the World's Number 1 Leadership Expert John C. More than 5,000 participants attended in person and online from various countries such as Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. On this occasion, Deputy Chairman of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly Edhie Baskoro Yudhoyono and his wife Aliya Rajasa Yudhoyono, CEO of Maxwell Leadership Mark Cole, Executive Vice President Chris Robinson, and President of Maxwell Leadership Indonesia David Tjokrorahardjo were also present.
